The project proposes to subdivide the space into zones containing sub-spaces.
One part is the heart of the restaurant. It is contained in the space of the original building, delimited by the arches. This is the nerve center. This is the reception area, the bar area, the friendliness of space. It would say a warm bounding volume bar, the stairs, the entrance. Walls, ceilings, and arches are dressed in a homogeneous material allows a clear reading of this as a separate volume. Open just enough to offer views and convenient transportation. Regarding his term, the idea is to play with these arches, remains of the old facade and accentuate their expression in contemporary speech.
This composition based on the shape of the arches would extend into the second space where these types would then be broken down into benches. There is a food court, cozy, intimate, or you can have a drink or eat in a warm atmosphere, quiet. The idea is to work on a model alcoves. The furniture is fixed, working intimately with the core without losing the relationship with the landscape.
Finally, the last area, adjoining the terrace, is a versatile and bright area. Furnished with tables and chairs moved, this area would be completely oriented towards the view. In summer, open windows would allow it to operate in direct contact with the terrace, as its internal extension. In winter, the idea is to give the customer the impression of being both in a warm atmosphere inside but still in the landscape.
